17 Titan-Polymer plant employees promoted during the year

Promotion is one of the most effective ways to motivate employees.

It allows to interest the employee, make his work more productive, more effectively use the human resources of the enterprise.

Over the past year, 17 Titan-Polymer plant employees were advanced and improved in their positions. Among them are both engineering and technical employees, as well as working personnel.

Three employees of the plant, who were transferred to the positions as shift supervisor of BOPET film production, among those who were promoted. "All three are young guys from our staff and were initially hired as operators," reported Vladimir Bykov, the Production Manager of BOPET film line. - We observed who performed better, who tried hard and expressed interest in the work. And now they are having a good opportunity to show their best professional and individual qualities and skills at their new position.
