About 15 people every day come for an interview at Titan-Polymer. General Director of the plant German Petrushko announced this today, July 24, at a press conference, as the correspondent of the Pskov Newsline reports.

“By the time BOPET films are launched, about 300 jobs will be created, the hiring priority will be given to the residents of Pskov, Tyamsha, Moglino, Neyelovo and other nearest inhabited localities. Today the recruitment is already in process,” German Petrushko said.

According to him, the absolute majority of the employed people at the Titan-Polymer plant are Pskov residents. “We have 5 people from Omsk, all the rest are from Pskov. Today about 15 people come to get jobs every day. The vacancies of instrumentation workers, fitters are open. We select people according to directions, the learning process itself will begin from the moment of installation. People will be explained how to work with the equipment. Moreover, they will install it themselves,” German Petrushko said.

He noted that specialists in single professions will be sent for training to Moscow and Europe. “By the end of this year, the plant will have about 200 people. I can say that coming people are quite qualified. Our accounting department and the economic unit were marked with special gratitude from our management,” German Petrushko concluded.
