The development of the chemical industry plays an important role in the life of any region. General Director of Titan-Polymer Ltd German Petrushko announced this in the public press center of Pskov Newsline at online briefing on the development of the chemical industry in Pskov region.

“This year we are celebrating our professional holiday in the Pskov region. For us, Chemist's Day is the day of achievements and summing up the results of our work, as well as making plans and ways for further development,” the expert noted.

He emphasized it was impossible to imagine the life of people without chemical industry and expressed hope that Titan-Polymer would contribute to the development of new technologies and trends in the region.

“We need new materials, new technologies, and chemists and oil industry workers are the part of a larger production process and they contribute to its development,” Petrushko said.

We should remind that every year on the last Sunday in May, Chemist's Day is celebrated as a professional holiday for workers in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
