First BOPET production line 90% completed

On Thursday June 9 Governor of the Pskov region Mikhail Vedernikov held a working meeting on the implementation of the investment project for construction of plant Titan-Polymer on the territory of industrial production special economic zone Moglino.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Mikhail Sutyaginsky talked about implementation of the first stage of the project - two lines for production of BOPET-film with capacity of up to 72 thousand tons per year. The works are carried out in accordance with the established deadlines.

Despite difficult economic situation, implementation of the investment project continues. As of today, construction of the main BOPET-film production building is completed. All necessary equipment has been delivered to the site in full. Installation works are performed in accordance with the technological sequence. Currently, piping for power supply and electrical connection of the first Dornier line is in progress.

Mechanical completion of the first Dornier line is 90%. The start-up is scheduled for autumn this year. Raw materials for production start-up and manufacturing of products are already in Plant warehouse. Pskov contractors work on area improvement and landscaping of the territory.

More than 8.9 billion rubles have been invested in the project. 227 new high-performance jobs have been created, and recruitment of new staff members continues. As of June 2022, the average take-home pay of employees, excluding the top management, is more than 40 thousand rubles.20 charitable, social and environmental projects on the territory of the Pskov region.
