Titan-Polymer acknowledged best volunteers of Pskov SU

The Pskov State University honored the International Volunteer Day. Rector of Pskov State University Natalia Ilyina, Director of Center for Accessible Habilitation and Rehabilitation "Dobreya" Natalya Lobanova, Head of Animal Rescue "Zoozaschita" Vera Korotkova and Director of Communications of Titan-Polymer Snezhanna Yermolaeva handed over letters of appreciation and memorable gifts to the most active volunteers.

"To be a volunteer now is not just a trend. It's an ideology that unites us all," said Yermolaeva. "Barely any event is possible nowadays without your help and assistance. This year we had quite a number of eco-educational events together. Thanks to it environmental project “EcoSaturday” from the Pskov region got the first place of the international award #WeAreTogether. It's our common victory. You make the world a better place. Thank you very much for being together, you are always around and ready to take part in any good deed," noted Yermolaeva.

Pskov State University and Pskov Plant Titan-Polymer have a strong partnership in environmental education activities. These are "EcoSaturday” project that attracts a lot of media attention, a large-scale environmental quest and volunteer clean-up of neighborhoods. A lot of other interesting tasks and large-scale joint events lie ahead. It is planned that Biology and Ecology students of Pskov State University will participate in creating eco-spaces in Pskov.
