Titan-Polymer: moving education forward

Titan-Polymer Plant has become one of the largest customers of educational services for employees in the Pskov region, reported Tatiana Nevmyvakina, Head of the additional training department of the independent non-profit Adult Education Center "SEMS". Ms Nevmyvakina also mentioned that the Plant belongs to key customers of the Center.

"Every month Titan-Polymer creates lists of employees for advanced or vocational training. The plant considers these expenses on personnel development as an investment in the future that will increase efficiency of the enterprise," said Nevmyvakina.

The Education Center has been cooperating with Titan-Polymer Ltd. since 2020. During this time, a good many of plant's employees were trained on the most popular syllabi: labor protection, fire safety, environmental safety, industrial safety and different blue-collar professions (stroppers, welders, crane operators, cradle operators, electricians, etc.).

"We are ready to train people without experience or improve professional skills in various fields. To be involved in the staff training and first of all to meet the staffing needs with the residents of the Pskov region is one of the top priorities of the enterprise. Graduates of Pskov colleges and universities are welcome at our plant," concluded German Petrushko, General Director of Titan-Polymer.
