Trade of the Russian Federation Representatives visited the Titan-Polymer plant

Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation visited the Titan-Polymer plant on April 5th during their visit to the Special Economic Zone "Moglino".

The plant's guests headed by Roman Chekushov, the Director of the Department for International Cooperation and Licensing in Foreign Trade of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, had a meeting with the management of Titan Group and Titan-Polymer Plant and were introduced to the BOPET-film production process.

During the business meeting the plant operation and the range of products were presented to the guests. The first batches of film have already been received. The representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade were interested in the complications related to the work with foreign specialists, how the equipment purchase for the second stage of the project would be arranged and how the product distribution would be managed.

Olga Tarasenko, the General Director of the JSC Titan Group, noted that the plant works are being implemented with minimal participation of foreign specialists. Currently, the employees are being trained directly at the plant. The product distribution is expected both in the internal commerce and in overseas markets, including friendly countries.

Kirill Neretin, the General Director of Titan-Polymer plant, guided the guests around the production site. The guests were able to see the production process for themselves, visited the BOPET film production areas, cutting areas, metallization section, and learned more about the factory's laboratory.

In addition, the visit two-day program of the Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Licensing in Foreign Trade Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation - Roman Chekushov includes visiting a number of industrial exporters in Pskov and the Pskov region, and working meetings with representatives of regional authorities and the Pskov region Export Support Center.
