Federal tranche will allow to implement the investment project relative to the Titan-Polymer Plant construction

Within the framework of the Individual Regional Development Program Pskov region has received the first tranche amounted to 900 million rubles. The allocated funds have been directed to the development of the territory of the Moglino Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of an industrial and production type.

At the expense of the allocated funds, the engineering networks, transport infrastructure have been built, and customs control zone has been equipped. The complete infrastructure preparation of the SEZ will have been completed by the year 2024 for the needs of residents.

The Moglino territory expansion will allow the current resident - Titan-Polymer Ltd to implement the investment project for the creation of the integrated import-substituting and export-oriented biaxially oriented film and polyester (PET pellets) production facilities in Pskov region.

“The infrastructure creation within the SEZ will allow the region to increase its investment attractiveness and increase the number of jobs for the population. The current resident is already ready to invest more than 13.5 billion rubles of investments to expand its production activities at the site and create 500 new jobs,” said Sergey Galkin, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
