Main power-supply source of Titan-Polymer plant
Titan-Polymer plant is being actively prepared for the launch. Process of any production is connected with energy consumption. Today we are going to tell you about a transformer substation – the main power-supply source of the plant.
10 kV integrated switchgear and five 10/0.4 kV distribution transformer substations, that supply power to the production site, have been put into operation.
4 substations supply power to the equipment of two BOPET film production lines, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and auxiliary production facilities directly involved in the production process. It includes compressor equipment, refrigeration station equipment, and equipment of oil heating section located in the production building. The fifth substation provides power to general plant facilities and the warehouse.
10 kV integrated switchgear located in the Moglino industrial SEZ transfers power to the entire production site through two mutually redundant inputs.
The power section of the plant is equipped with the most modern units meeting all applicable standards. Manufacturer and supplier: Russian manufacturer AS-Energo LLC (Krasnodar city). The available capacity covers all of the company's needs.
The integrated switchgear and substations are serviced by an operating and maintenance staff of 8 people made up of 4 shift teams.
