“2021 was quite a busy year. We are working faster. Engineering networks are underway at the moment and the production workshop is almost finished. The workers are setting up the equipment. I think we will continue to work the same way and start the plant up in 2022,” he said.

Head of the plant noted that general construction work was 80% complete and 75-80% of the equipment was assembled, 75% of the infrastructure was ready. Today, more than 7.5 billion rubles have already been invested in the construction of the plant. There is still about 3 billion rubles to be invested.

Increase in prices for metal products, electric products and related works has noticeably affected construction dynamics.

General Director of the plant added that the pandemic had not affected the supply of equipment from abroad. Foreign equipment was supplied as scheduled and placed in storage facilities due to timely payments under contracts.
