"Titan-Polymer" in detail. 13 thousand sq. m. of synthetic resin flooring was laid at the plant

13 thousand sq.m. of synthetic resin flooring was laid at the "Titan-Polymer" plant. Polyurethane resin flooring GOODLINE PU-11 (Type 5 according to BS8204-6:2008) and antistatic resin flooring GOODLINE PU-11 AS (Type 5 according to BS8204-6:2008) were used as the industrial floor finish. Resin flooring works on a total area of more than 13,000 square meters were successfully completed by the service division of VMP Holding - "VMP-Engineering".

These flooring types meet the requirements for mechanical and abrasion resistance and have the following properties: they are dust-free, non-sparking when exposed to impacts and antistatic. These properties are important in the production of BOPET film. A total of about 38 tons of Goodline materials were delivered to the site.

"The "Goodline" resin flooring project at the "Titan-Polymer" plant was an important event for VMP Holding in 2022. It was the last year when the service division of the Holding mastered a new technology for laying "Goodline" polymer floors, and this project has become the first one for them. The technicians have successfully implemented a complex engineering solution at the "Titan-Polymer" plant," commented Dmitry Gladilin, head of the "Industrial Floors" division of the Research and Production Holding Company "VMP".

At the same time, the peculiarity of the work at the site was a complex technological process, since it was necessary to take into account the schedules of various construction and installation works. As a result, the flooring was completed within the required time limit. The customer service was keeping a close 24/7 contact with the contractors at each stage, ensuring a high level of work management.

Let us remind you that the "Titan-Polymer" plant is the largest industrial facility launched in Russia in 2022. A polyester raw material production facility will also be established in the nearest future, which will enable import substitution of a large range of goods, including medical and special-purpose materials.
