Titan-Polymer Plant construction was discussed at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation held a meeting with Mikhail Vedernikov, Governor of Pskov region regarding the region’s industry development. Mikhail Sutyaginsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of companies Titan participated in the working meeting.

The key topics of the meeting included the implementation of an individual program for the social and economic development of Pskov region, as well as the supporting infrastructure creation of the Moglino-2 Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of an industrial and production type, construction of an industrial technopark for the location of an anchor resident - an industrial complex for the polymer product manufacturing based on the Titan-Polymer Plant. About 900 million rubles were allocated from the funds of the individual program for the social and economic development for construction works. The plant will be engaged in the creation of an integrated import-substituting and export-oriented PET pellet and BOPET film production facilities in Pskov region.

The Titan-Polymer Plant has already obtained a number of the state support measures, in particular, three targeted loans from the Industrial Development Fund under the “Development Projects” program for a total amount of 1.5 billion rubles, tax privileges as a resident of the Moglino Special Economic Zone of an industrial and production type.
