The third direction is the cooperation with the scientific community. The plant Titan-Polymer will enlarge the production of finished products through industrial cooperation and use high-tech research results of advanced universities and academic representatives.

Mr. Petrushko talked about company needs at the present moment. Cardboard sleeves are required for winding finished products and semi-finished products of BOPET film. "We will buy 21 km of bushings per month," he said.

Pallets, wooden bars, timber are required, including ones with phytosanitary treatment. They will be used in particular for delivery to Western European countries, mainly euro-pallets. Additional components will be needed as well for putting together pallets and finished products.

The plant is waiting for ideas on provisioning. "We are open to any suggestions. Interested companies can contact us and visit the planned lunch room so we can discuss the details," said Petrushko. The plant also considers available transportation and logistics proposals for goods delivery on the routes St. Petersburg - Pskov, central Russia - Pskov.

Another possible fields of cooperation would be organization of medical examination of employees, branded workwear, including winter outerwear.
